Shaw Cancer Center uses the Doxy.me ® to provide a web-based platform that offers patients direct access to their providers via Telehealth. For insurance questions, please check contracted insurance providers.
Joining your Telehealth visit:
1. Patients will receive an email invitation and/or a text message with the details of your appointment.
2. A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, click on the link sent to you, and you will be connected to the Doxy.me website.
3. If you do not have the link at the time of your appointment, go to VailHealth.doxy.me and select your doctor from the drop-down menu, enter your provider’s room, and enter your name to check-in.
Telehealth visits are available for your healthcare needs when appropriate. Telehealth visits are billed to patients’ insurance like any other office visit and are covered by all insurers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Co-pays and deductibles may apply, patients should consult their specific insurance plan.
Please note that telehealth visits are only available for patients who are in the state of Colorado during the time of their call.
